So you know that guy Ahkari a Kahjiit Caravan dude that is the novice to intermediate Pickpocket trainer ?

Well I need to find him cause I want to train, and well, best info I got was he runs a caravan business on the road that runs
north to south from Dawnstar to Riften. Well, thats a long run, and also made up of tons of possible roads. So is there any
easier way to find dude ? As in a specific day/time he will be in a specific place ? If so, when and where ?

Never mind, I found her.

But now the issue is, there is no "train me" question/choice. I've tried middle of the day, night time, while their walking, while their sitting,
while their camping. I even helped her friend find his moon neckless thing... Still, Ahkari doesn't offer to train me in pickpocket. And there is no
questions or dialog that bring up any possible quests or favors she would want me to do to then initiate it either. I'm stuck here---

Does anyone know how to trigger this ?
