There is a quest in Skyrim, where you pass through a hallway with water.. and some pillars rise from the water causing bubbles and stuff. I think it's in the main quest, but I am not sure. Does anyone know which quest and which dungeon this is?

I believe it's the quest where you go to retrieve the horn of jurgen windcaller

The Dungeon is Ustengrav, The Quest is "The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller".
