Freeing Troike from his employment by Big Sal during the How Little We Know quest. Then going to Micks in Freeside and telling him that Gomorrah will ship weapons again.

Is that the pip boy that has some sorta burlap brown cover thing on it? I remeber seeing it somewhere but i thought you started with it but did'nt really pay attention when you did'nt and just thought it was caused by a certain armor.

No, its gold and has a sleak outer body. Perfect for a gambler role play.
