» Fri Dec 09, 2011 3:23 am Yes, the ending was . . . well it was less than we all were expecting as the music was building up in intensity as we shot our way rather easily, with a huge powerful Pulse Rifle, through Capital Prime's path to the Nexus Core. But it is what it is as this point . . . and until we see if DLC will continue it for us, there are ways to make it a little more fun.
Did you make a save at the beginning of your favorite levels? . . . and still have those saves to go back to after finishing the game? Well I made about 10 very strategic saves such as at the beginning of Jackyl Canyon and the beginning of the end, the Nexus Core run, and I've gone back to these saves and and do the levels but limiting myself to one or two guns only, or a gun and fists . . . it's pretty entertaining . . . I just did the Nexus Core run with nothing but the pistol and around 100 Fat Mammas, which was all I could make, and at the very end I was out and had to fight like the last several of mutant authorities with fists (I didn't use the regular bullets after the Fat Mammas were out). It was like a hollywood ending, out of ammo the hero kills the last enemies with fists . . . . anyway just saying that these variations can be fun in a game with so many powerful weapons at your command that tend to make the killing a little too easy at times. Plus the animation when you get a clean headshot with the Fat Mammas is the best killshot in the whole game. I never get tired of it! just loving the pistol and Fat Mammas and think they were the most fun bullets and weapon in the game. . .
