Well, there are utilities that allow you to manage separate installs of Skyrim, so you could just have modded and unmodded Skyrim on PC for the price of one.

Apart from that, i wouldn't say so. I have thought of getting these games for my console too, but alas my console is a PS3 :hehe:

yes, because you can just play a normal game on your pc with all mods deactivated(which doesn't take long). just make 2 safes. a modded and a normal.

Seems more like inexperience with the console. The PS3 was the hardest to develop for and probably still is. The reason a lot of games didn't come out for the PS3 for a bit was because it was so hard to develop for. Be glad it didn't end up like the Sega Saturn, which would have been an awesome system to people not in Japan if the system had games of different genres in English. There was next to no RPGs on the thing for some weird reason. Guess the person in charge of localization thought they were "nerdy". Strangely, Sony is the reason early PS1 RPGs like that remake of Lunar 2 are harder to find. They kept saying no to every RPG just because the guy in charge at the time thought RPGs were for nerds...

And now you know that Sony had some phobia of RPGs for a year or so. I doubt Bethesda was victim to being called nerds by Sony, though. I have a good feeling they are just really inexperienced with the PS3.

The PS3 has like seven cores in it. I've heard it's even more of a pain to develop for than the N64 was.
