playin without smithing and enchanting as a warrior!

Post » Mon Jun 11, 2012 4:18 am

we all know that if u take smithing and enchanting as a warrior u r a god even at master difficulty and mods to change up gameplay. how many ppl out there r tryin to avoid these skills to make the game harder. i am tryin to avoid them but its hard to because smithing is something you couldnt do in morrowind or oblivion. has any1 played a warrior char without smithing and enchanting and jus using gear u find while questing??

Well, I don't use any of the creation systems ... never have. They don't interest me. Don't play a warrior archetype though. My character would best be described as a battlemage.

Never used crafting never will. Still have tons of fun as a warrior. I wasn't even aware it was useful.

Rarely smith besides upgrading my found armor. Game is tough, but legit.

At ridiculously high levels, it can be looted or bought.

You can smith your own gear and it will be fine if you don't upgrade it to legendary same goes for your weapons. Even using enhancements like weight carry, resist disease, sneak, barter, won't make you over powered. If you think about what things that will help you enjoy the game more rather than becoming a one man army. I think smithing and enchanting can be enjoyed in this game if used correctly.

I have. On master. It worked out fine really. Now he is equipped with full ebony, both armor and weapons. Armour rating is something like 300-350 and his great sword deals about a hundred damage.
