About 150 hours in (main quest still not started) the game continued to be to easy so I started a new game and this time I'm only using health and stamina, figure these two potions are not to far fetched since we do have similiar potions today with penicillen and red bull... lol, also using no magic or perks and use only non enchanted self made armor and weapons.

This has made Skyrim a very nice challenge and added major realism factors to my experience.

Something you may want to try if your breezing through the game with no feeling of a challenge or risk.

That's not realism.
