Now for most people that won't be a big problem, because of course EVERY home in the world has an internet connection right? Thats what the big companies want to think anyway....
I live on a yacht, relying on public wifi signals, or ones provided by the marina we happen to be staying in (if they even provide one at all), so if Steam crashes during one of my periods away from an availible wifi connection... I'm STUCK, no Steam games (can understand HL2 since thats 90% intergrated into the client as it is), and no Fallout NV....
So I was wondering if there would be a way of running New Vegas without having to run it though steam?
The NVSE, and mod managers acivate the steam client as part of activating the game exe.... so its not as easy to bypass as the GFWL on Fallout 3.
Hope this can be done... although I assume there'd be alot of "piracy" contraversy in my request..... but I do have a legit Activation code tied to my Steam account!
