I use to play the sh!t out of WoW. Mostly Undead. While playing Skyrim, I was thinking about how cool it would be to have that race. Then I got the Ring of Namira and now I can cannibalize corpses. All I need is a broken jaw and I will be all set.

Joking but yeah, there are some nice choice options in the world for us ungodly players.

You played a Forsaken in WoW, not an undead monster. Seeing as the Forsaken do not exist in Tamriel, you'd have to play as the closest thing, a Draugr. I suppose if you don't give a toss about lore and immersion you could roll a skinny pale nord with the worst looking complexion and ugly scars and go with that.

Also, contract some diseases, people will keep saying you look sick

You can be a vampire, they're undead but other than that I don't really think being a zombie would really fit in the game world seeing as most of the enemies you fight are undead.

If you're a werewolf too because you can't get rested.

I actually did something similar in Oblivion. You play with a "normal" race, but ropleplay as an undead. I created an Orc and made him look all pale white, so that he looks like a zombie. Then you have to keep to certain restrictions like - no running (zombies are slow), living in a tomb, casting restoration spells (your limbs regenerate, you are tougher to kill), maybe even conjuration to summon some Zombie buddies etc.
