Please Beth, first person view for vampww forms

Post » Sat Jun 16, 2012 2:40 am

I can't stress enough how important this is. I play the game from the 1st person perspective, always did and always will be, it's just more immersive. I was quite disappointed when I found out that the werewolf form is only playable from the 3rd person, and I've seen the trailer for dawnguard whre a vampire flies from a 3rd person perspective again.. please, just please add the damn claws, it's all the 1st person perspective needs.

i agree, its probably the second biggest reason i never played as a werewolf. I think they are afraid the first person animations would look stupid or be unplayable, although i'd still like werewolf first person even if it has bad animations

Still wondering why a 1st person mode wasn't implemented in the first place. It can't be that hard..Is it?

No, I do not understand how hard can it be either. They only need claw models and animations.

I haven't been able to play through the companions for just this reason (I don't have a lot of time to play as it is, so what time I do play I focus on what I like. And I like me some first person mayhem).

I heartily endorse a first person lycan and blood svcker option. Please and thank you! :D

Agreed. I'm not a huge fan of third-person, so I'd love the option of playing in first. The same for horse riding, too!

When you ride a horse, use a werewolf, or become a vamp, you aren't actually using your character. If you are familiar with the TC command, then you know you can give yourself control of other npcs, and this is basically what is happening when you use those types of characters. They would have to put some significant work to enable 1st person on any of the 3, and I honestly don't see them doing it.
