The way I see it: Thieves have a guild, Assassins have a guild, Warriors have one, and Mages have one... Granted they aren't all called 'guilds' but you get the point.
Rangers, hunters, Archers should have their own as well. Perhaps the addition of a Ranger's sect would also open other possible classes and abilities.
Various Ideas:
DRUID
- New robes
- Nature based Staffs
- The ability to summon a Spriggan(s) to your aid
- A ring/necklace that makes Spriggans friendly when you cross them
- Tree roots come up from the ground holding your enemies in place
- A hawk companion that adds 'Detect Life' ability last longer (perhaps have an 'on/off' ability like VL does)
- New plant/tree based alchemic ingredients (health potions based from pure plant ingredients have double effect.)
- Cave Bear Companion
- The ability to sleep in 'protected' groves and given restful sleep attribute.
RANGER (yes, I know it's already a class, but perhaps it could be more viable)
- New bow.
- New Armor.
- New melee weapons (dagger/ one-handed sword/ one-handed axe) made of Elk antlers
- bonus to stealth/speed/weight carry when in the wilderness.
- Wolves are no longer hostile.
- A hawk companion that adds 'Detect Life' ability last longer (perhaps have an 'on/off' ability like VL does).
- Cave Bear companion.
- The ability to sleep in 'protected' groves and given restful sleep attribute.
- Animals killed now produce 2 furs instead of one.
- Added perks such as:
++ The ablitiy to shoot two arrows instead of just one
++ The ability to reload and shoot 75% faster
