The last thing I did before the bug popped up was the quest 'The forsworn conspiracy'. I got arrested and the guard just tripped! The conversation went like this. GUARD: You have commited crimes against Markarth! What say you in your defense? ME: I submit. Take me to prison. GUARD: You will never see the sun again. No one escaped Cidna Mine, no one. ME: Whats the problem? GUARD: You have commited crimes against Skyrim and her people. What say you in your defense? ME: I submit, take me to jail. GUARD: You will never see the sun again. No one escapes Cidna mine, no one. ME: whats the problem? GUARD: you have commited crimes... ect. After this conversation I escaped Martkarth and ran away. A few RL hours further, I came back for a Dark Brotherhood Contract. When I left the city, my [x] button stopped reacting in game! In the pause menu, it did its job, but in-game, it just stopped. I cant get off shadowmere, and if I load an autosave (in Whiterun) I cant leave the city because of gates I cant activate! The other autosave (winterhold) doesnt work either, cause I simply cant get off shadowmere. I cant talk to people too, cant pluck items, cant enter houses, etc.
How do I fix this? Is this getting patched in the next PS3 update?

Guys from Bethesda, or from the forums, please help me! I want to play the game sooo bad, because I just got my first Daedric Bow!

Try deleting your game data and reboot the system, alot of others have stated this may help.It wont affect your saved games, there in a seperate folder.

Also you'll have to download the latest patch again. I know sometimes for me I can just quit the game and turn off the system for a few minutes , and turn it back on and it will fix things sometimes. Something about clearing out the cache when u do this.

Sorry was afk, they are in different areas in the menu. u know where u see the saved game data? if u go up there should be game data , click on that and u will see all the game data folders for the games u play delete skyrims and then shut down your PS3. when u fire it back up and go to play SKYRIM it will prompt u to re download the patch 1.05 think . Do that then try the game again.
