Where is the key in vault 37? and any other tips on how to stop the radiation?

You will come across two rooms that are flooded. Go down into them, and you will see a dead Vault Technician in both. Click [A] on them, and you will get a code. Locate the terminals, and use the codes, it will unlock the door and drain the rooms that are flooded. As for radiation...Rad Aways and Space Suit.

There is not a vault 37, I assume you mean 34.
