Basically, I would like to propose that if someone has the time and the mood to port this mod: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7186 to New Vegas. I am not very good with scripting and I do believe that there is a lot of scripting involved with this one.

Lot of scripting? Nope, you can just rewrite the master file from Fallout3.esm to FalloutNV.esm(with NVEdit) and add these cigarettes to your inventory via console.

That worked just fine! I'll try tweaking the settings a bit and then I may upload something on nexus

If you do decide to upload it, you should acquire permission from the original creator first.
