-Too many humans, not enough super mutants or centaurs, I miss roaming the streets of D.C. killing every mutant in my path.
-No super mutant behemoths, they made the most epic battles.
-No matter who you side with on the main quests the main quests are virtually the same (visit/kill boomers, khans, brotherhood, etc)
-Too many invisible walls, i understand in some cases they may be necessary, but if I want to climb to the top of red rock canyon and free-fall to my death let me.
-No fast travel to inside the strip once explored, it gets kind of annoying to use one of the presidential/high roller suites as a stash house since you have to go in and out all the doors (now I just use the Novac motel room every time because its fastest).
-Cannot buy Nuka-Cola machine, house themes, lab set, etc. for house/suite.
-No perk that unlocks all handmade weapons.
-Cannot mod special weapons.
-Too many similar shacks, caves, mines.
-No Mirelurks.
-Some of the perks you attain at higher levels are less than spectacular, no level 30 perks.
-Some weapons underpowered/overpowered.
Perhaps I am a little biased towards Fallout 3 over New Vegas since I reside near D.C. and it feels more personal roaming the ruins of Washington rather than Vegas which i have yet to visit. I loved exploring all the monuments and historical buildings looking for pieces of history which New Vegas lacks. Keep in mind I still love Fallout New Vegas, its an amazing game and I am not going to dive into all the things I like about it right now. I only hope to help the developers continue to improve and expand their ideas for the Fallout series.
