I did three of the quests which the wiki indicated as valid for the "Assist People of Falkreath" quest - and my quest was never updated. Is the wiki just plain wrong or is this a bug?

I wondered this about Hjaalmarch too at one point, it seemed like I had helped everyone but nothing really counted.
