The topic says it all. I know you can betray the Dark Brotherhood. I'm hoping you can do the same for the Thieves, because Riften could really use a spring cleaning.

Nope.

This does feel like it was intended to be an option but was decided against since there are non thieves' guild quests which interact with thieves' guild members (besides the main quest).
