Possible DLC Locationsstorylines

When i complete some of the missions in Skyrim, some of the endings don't feel like they've closed the book on the storyline of the mission. For example, in the mission, "The Man Who Cried Wolf", you go to this kinda elaborately designed cave layout map, and find a bunch of draugrs and necromancers habitating together, while the necromancers try to summon an old queen of Skyrim, Potema Septim. There's a huge keep built inside, along with an active altar. Thing is, after you kill the draugrs/necromancers, you go talk to falk, and the mission ends. No new mission begins. A pretty elaborately designed cave map, and what seems like an interesting potential backstory, for such a petty quest. Does this cave come into play in Dawnguard? I haven't gotten far enough yet to know.

The whole "silent moons camp" and lunar forge was a short questline that has potential to be bigger, and was similarly left hanging too. Maybe the lunar weapons, which have the "deals extra damage when the moon is out" perk, are related to dawnguard?

I haven't found any relevance to other quests that these quests (and some others) have to understand why they were left hanging the way they were. Have you guys?

Have you guys found any points of interest or quests that we can speculate some cool parts of possible future DLC's? I'm not that imaginitive, or have gotten far enough to know all of what's out there.
