I got my Redguard equipment (anda a rare sabre - same damage of a elven sword) from a pair of mercenaries who tried to fight an icetroll. It's a nice outfit for my redugard sellsword

Rare Sabre? aw.. I think I want to find it. I've restarted my character since now he is too powerful.

yeah, pick pocketing is a nice idea. That may do.

By rare, I mean it cannot be found in shops or random levelled loot but, other than that. It has a base attack damage of 11 (same as an Elven 1H sword) and it's carried by all those Redguards mercenaries around Skyrim who travel in pair. I got it by chance. Shortly after meeting them I ran into an ice troll. Since I'm a lazy bastard, I tend to kite wild bests around until I find someone else to do the dirty work for me. These Redguards were pretty tough. They killed the troll but one died in the battle. I got all his clothes (unique hood, garment and boots) as well as his blade. In theory you can find them at lvl 1

The "Find the redguard woman"-quest will bring you in a situation where you can have as many scimitars as you can carry. Don't wanna spoil too much so..., but they're are out there.

I'm going for a Redguard Mage. Gonna run around with a full set of Enchanted Redguard gear. I'm fine with the standard redguard gear, but the red colored gear would be even better.
