I'd be very happy to see B. lose, they got the money to survive , it would give gamesas a sort of a second chance to produce some high quality games (not saying that anything currently developed is bad or anything but it doesn't raise my eyebrows that much, except for V13 that is), which I think they can come up with... given the chance...

Everyone here is rooting for gamesas and bashing Bethesda. Rightfully so; Bethesda got a bit greedy, did some dikeish things to them, and are now paying the price. Not to mention this is an gamesas forum, rooting for Bethesda would be blasphemous.

Honestly, I don't want to see Bethesda suffer too much if they lose. This article here seems to imply they'll be ruined if they lose. Not something I wish on anybody, and let's face it, they make decent games. If they do end up winning, well, just one more game, then it goes back to gamesas. No big deal.

Honestly, I don't care who makes Fallout Online, so long as it gets done, and done right. If gamesas wins, then it'll get done faster, and with more revenue to get it done well. Hopefully gamesas won't disappoint us. If not, well, just have to wait longer is all.

Hope there won't be any hard feelings between those companies.

This is excellent news! I'm glad to hear the war seems to be producing battles in gamesas's favor BUT what about the 12th December? I know there are implications from these appeals but what about the endgame? In about 50 days time, this could backfire, so I'm not entirely sure if it is wise to celebrate yet.

well from what i just read on the link provided by the OP it would seem "B's" legal paperwork wasn't that ....legal and an untrained eye such as mine would suspect it was a deliberate attempt to sabotage gamesas'S opportunity to get back in the game as it were .
I'm right behind gamesas on this well a 1000 miles or so on the other side of the Atlantic but still right behind them .
