I found an set of Elven Armor (Armor as in the chest and legs) that had an enchantment of fortify stamina by 50 points. However, the item is named "Elven Boots of Eminent Stamina."

Has anyone else encountered a naming issue like this before?

Yeah I founda pair of Orcish boots that were called Orcish Armour of Major Stamina.

Yup.

Had an "Orcish axe of ~something~" once.. it was, in fact, an iron axe with the ~something~ enchantment. still come across these kind of these on occasion.
Doesn't really bother me though as they're marked for destruction on the enchanting table
