After playing my assassin char for awhile,i tought about if its possible to pickpocket the nightingale armor?would like to have one for a companion.Maybe somebody tried it.And another question is..does anybody know if there are armor parts that would fit the ebony mail(color and style),i would like to have it look a little like a set not lie a bum stitched together kind.

I don't think so. I tried pickpocketing the other people who have it, and even with Perfect Touch I couldn't access it.

I would try it multiple times sometimes the perk is bugged and doesn't work the way it should. Also make sure your completely hidden

I've since noticed that the version the two NPCs wear is unplayable.
