I'm a level 32 battle necromancer... most of the time I summon minions to fight for me and it is quite boring even though I have incredible survivability. I was just wondering is there a way to reset my skills and allocate them so I can be a new class?

Short answer: Yes


Long answer: Only if you're on PC.

In-game? No. You can pursue a different track however, which allows you to keep your conjuration skills in reserve while trying a different play style. However if you want to keep the character and reset your skills and perks your only option is to use console commands (and these are only available on the PC).

Alternatively you could keep the character a mage and try something new, like focusing on destruction. Or you could just retire this character and start a brand new one.
