Is it possible to restart the Civil War questline after havi

Post » Wed Jun 06, 2012 4:58 am

Putting this in spoilers just in case spoilers do happen to crop up. But, yeah. I fought for the Stormcloaks, won the day, long live Ulfric, la dee da, all that jazz, but now... now I'm curious to see what everything looks like from the other side of the board. Is there any way to fool the game into thinking I never did any of it without getting seriously glitched? Has anyone tried this before?

Start another toon. I don't think you can "fool" the game after completing one side.

There is no difference.. for ex.

Galmar want's your 1st mission to be with him to get the Jagged Crown

Imperial Chick wants you to go there and get the Jagged Crown for your side, and kill Stormcloaks.

Basically, it's the opposite of each other.. but you're doing the EXACT SAME missions. I hate the Civil War it was such a let down.. had you going around doing really trivial BS when I could just march Solitude myself.. do a Storm Call.. and just kill everybody.

Ha! How I would've loved to do that. Though it would've probably triggered a pop-up of, "You've either failed this quest or won at Skyrim. We're... we're really not quite sure what just happened, but it was epic. Oh, yes. Most definitely epic."
Well, it's good to know I'm not missing out on anything major. Thanks.
