I am mostly complete with the mission, im at the part where jean-baptist sends you to find Rose of Cassidy, where you find that it is Cass at the NCR Mojave outpost. I have talked to her but I can't get the mission to go forward. I am pretty sure I need clear her papers so she can leave but im not sure how to do that. Any help would be apprieciated...

I would figure going back to him doesn't do anything. I have seen her before I started the mission. So when he gave me the mission I got a option to say "You mean Cass, from the NCR Mojave Outpost?" I then go there and she does talk to me but she doesn't get up and the mission doesn't continue. I am pretty sure I need to clear up her papers. But if anyone knows a way to get her off her fat asp that would be great.

No, no, no. I'm to the part where he needs to tell me the mission but he doesn't give me anything after Gloria tells me to talk to him after I made the delivery.

Oh, when I was talking to him he just wanted a yes or no answer. He didn't give me much information until I agreed to help him, then he gave a little more after I agreed to help him. But I don't know if you have already done this or not.

I haven't if I were you I would try reloading an earlier save...That's what I'm doing.

I got help in this thread for this.

You basically have to go talk to Alice McLafferty at the Crimson Caravan and do her quest. Then you can do another quest for her that will clear Cass' caravan papers and she will then follow you.

Also make sure you dont have a follower. She has to become your follower so she can go with you.
