I dont know if anyone else has this lol, but if i try to turn in my caps for NCR dollars at the Ultraluxe they take my chips but dont give me money >_>, i havent tried other currency or casinos yet, but i loaded my game up without mods and he still stole it.

If this isnt just a problem i have i would like to request a fix .
