Note: Spoilers. Not really all that specific, but they're probably spoilers.



Is anyone else bothered that despite even being suggested to you (at least if you complete the imperial side, not sure about the stormcloaks) that if you run into any enemy camps to eliminate them, yet when you do find them, you cannot kill the leaders at the camp? They just take a knee once they're out of health. I can't even do it after the main quest-line. Kind of annoying. At the least it seems like a missed opportunity for another type of Radiant Quest. At the most, I want those xenophobes to perish.

Also, on the topic of not being able to kill your enemies, WHY IS THE THALMOR HEADQUARTERS EMPTY, get your stuff together Bethesda. (And no, I do not mean the Thalmor Embassy which may as well be empty since you can't enter it without a key that likely doesn't exist since none of the guards are carrying it on their bodies.)
