I think she stays in the Boneyard until you bring her back to replant the courtyard in Castle Volk.

She's right where you first found her using an alchemy table right outside the door to the room you fight durnhevir and get the elder scroll. totally searched that room for a long time to try to find her, then fight like such an idiot when i realized she was right outside

When you enter the soul carin take take the center road over the stairs bordering the two sides keep going straight up the middle to the castle she's at. She's right next to the boneyard door. The dragon wall is the building to the left of this.
