That wouldn't be Yellow Dog I see, would it?

That certainly would be  didnt think many people knew about it since its PowerPC based. Either that or you have a keen eye for a E17 desktop ;)

OK been away from this forum for a while, so lets join in

This is where I sit to eat, http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c276/BERNIEV/Comps/DSCF1086.jpg The 2 Compaqs are dead but make a nice screen stand, the 3 NAS boxes have 1.5 Tera bytes of storage.

Here is my http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c276/BERNIEV/Comps/DSCF1084.jpg the dell XPS 420, with my number 2 and 3 machines for company

This is my accidental machine http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c276/BERNIEV/Comps/DSCF1085.jpg long story. I actually moved it last week to the bedroom.

Finally http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c276/BERNIEV/Comps/DSCF1089.jpg Two screens for the Dell and the third switchable via KVM to 2,3 and 4

I used to do distributed computing, SETI@home, etc, but lately have cut back to save electricity.

I just love computers, my personal and work laptops are not in the picture, maybe next time. :hehe: Oh yes and my Blackberry and iPhone

Bernie

PS almost forgot the big silver thing in the my corner photo is my Windows Home Server!!

Or is it? Maybe Konqueror is teaching us something about life... that the "other side" really isn't so different... that we're all one people, no matter how different, and that we should stop the hate and learn to love each other.

Or not. :P

Buying a wall mount for the HDTV in a few weeks and I'll rotate the desk over to where the entertainment center is now. Until then my TV is to look lonely.

My old 360's HDD, at least something from that console still works. :P Now it just has backed up stuff for when I format, which seems like it happens every month or so for one reason or another.

pfft. Whhat good are they in a box?

That's a somewhat precarious stack of spaceships. And a Jedi Temple.

Also, my HDTV and PS3, whom I call Scorpio, as it was a cheap replacement for a much better version of the 60gb Liberator, which sadly contracted ylod and exploded with fallout 3 inside. Servalan's escape from the liberator was much less painstaking than Fallout's rescue at the hands of 20 different screwdrivers and a youtube tutorial, though. Maybe if Orac had had the internet the damn ship wouldn't have blown up in the first place. hmm, what?

apologies for the camera, it predates every other electrical thing here.

Love the dragons...I have a small collection of dragon statues, I've been collecting them since I was about 10 or 11

I have about 6 or 7 more dragon and gargoyle statues in my bedroom, my parents collected them and I kind of took them all because of my fascinations with dragons.
