I talked to my local gamestop a while back, they said they've had some many people come in and complain about the game they have had some many trade ins the manager even gives the insight and his opinions stating that he's seen this trouble before and we'd be lucky to get a patch upgrade before Christmas. He said his store has so many used copies of New Vegas that they may have to discontinue taking the games in for store credit because in return no one is purchasing the game new or used due to all this controversy.

That gives them enough reason but as I was reading developers blogs and I see that they're already trying to advertise their new addon to the game it just seems that they aren't focusing entirely 100% on fixing this product. As Nuc stated, one unhappy customer leads to 100 prevented sales and this is a fact of every form of market and business. I really have nothing else to debate about other than help answer other users questions as for now we wait, we've waited a month lets see how long it takes.

my local gamestop actually has a sign up that they are no longer buying it back and they have took it down and not selling it to the public now. the manager said he had a bunch in the back boxed up.
