There's already an http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=301 for Fallout 3. It would be trivial to convert that (for personal use) to Fallout: New Vegas.

He's saying he doesn't have a gaming PC so he cant use mods.

That's obvious. Why I thought he meant "if you're on the PC but don't have the addon" is a mystery to me...

See, this is partly why I've gone and splurged and bought for my PS3 and my PC. The PC version is moddable and will have better graphics while my PS3 is straightforward and in the livingroom where the wife won't complain if I spend hours playing...
