The store she works at lets them rent new releases before they're released.
I'm not showing anything that hasnt already been shown so I dont see any Real issue.
My gf was following procedure she's used to rent moveies pre-release fully legit before. Settle.

i applyed for a job at a family video and at the interview they said they get to take home games and movies pre release to have more information to help customers decide.. so i call legit on this one

That is what the do that for. I got Gears 3 beta for free and a week before anyone else from a friend who works at Wal-Mart. He got the code to tell people who were thinking about buying it, how good it was.
