i WONDER HOW UPSET BETHESDA AND SD ARE?

Post » Sun May 29, 2011 12:27 am

Well, it is a problem for many reasons. If someone got it illegally which they did or it would not be out there. Either someone broke the sell date or someone got it in some other illegal manner. So, Bethesda has a responsibility to stop distribution of it now. We really should all get it when it is released.

On the other hand it sometimes is a bit of nice advertising to get it out there. But still, it's wrong.

That said, we don't care if you talk about this really but we do ask that you not link to anything about it here on the forums.

Its getting quite annoying.

doesn't illegal mean "broke the law" there is no law being broken. the game was sold to them by someone who can't see the giant red sticker. they legally own a copy, they have every right to make video's with it.

sadly bethesda doesn't see that. why they STILL embargo the reviews, and non official gameplay footage is beyond me. they should be hyping this thing up, NOT shutting it down

If it was sold before the release date then someone broke the sell by date which is very much against the law. Period. If it was obtained by thief, it's also against the law.

Contracts are signed, deals are made and they mean something.

I'm sorry but that is how business works.

Now, since this is answered and I see nothing further that this thread can provide except to rehash what has already been discussed and answered, I see no point to continuing this thread.
