doesn't illegal mean "broke the law" there is no law being broken. the game was sold to them by someone who can't see the giant red sticker. they legally own a copy, they have every right to make video's with it.
sadly bethesda doesn't see that. why they STILL embargo the reviews, and non official gameplay footage is beyond me. they should be hyping this thing up, NOT shutting it down
If it was sold before the release date then someone broke the sell by date which is very much against the law. Period. If it was obtained by thief, it's also against the law.
Contracts are signed, deals are made and they mean something.
I'm sorry but that is how business works.
