Absolutely Epic. It's top notch that Bethesda/Oblivion is letting tech support e-mails go unanswered for weeks, but to introduce these kinds of problems on top of it is amateur hour.

Hello Bethesda!

From Germany I have this issue since Patch 1.1, too. (Unconscious Monster).

As mentioned, I'm told a new update is going up on Steam. I can't check from home (on a Mac), but I'm told it's going live.

I'm not seeing it on my end, but...any chance you can give an idea of how the mob flagging occurred? Or what was changed to cause it?

ofcourse as I typed that it starts kicking in.

Thanks for supporting us, we know we can be an ungrateful mob of jerks sometimes but most of us love gamesas/Obsidian's games. I'm a fan of both developers and have been for a long time. Both companies have been destroying my life with their incredibly addictive games since I can remember. :D

It is indeed live. Do you have a list of notes for this one, or is it only a fix for the immortal enemies?

I got the same problem with it telling me " is unconscious". I've come across molerats and radscorpions. Kill em, but they aren't 'dead'. Luckily it's not happening with Deathclaws.

The extra patch seems to have eliminated the unconscious animals issue for me.

Had the problem with Giant Mantises in vault 22 - not a big deal except Veronice wastes a LOT of ammo blasting away with her Light machine gun, but I am usually able to kill them eventually
