ok so far so good.


i right-clicked on NV in the library,games section.

right click on it, then select properties, on the local file tab, i clicked "verify integrety of game cache"

and then i went to the section called "downloads" under the library section of steam.


there was a button that was something like "pause" or whatever i clicked it and the update of today installed itself.

totall noob...maybe this reply will help some other noob like myself

I was`nt expecting things to move along so swiftly. You could only have witnessed my reference yourselves. There will always be difficulties encounted in new ventures, though with the right qualities you will always endure. And there is gain and loss, which is only fair. Should`nt one be rewarded for their efforts. I`m sure you`ll see it reflected. Though of course there are outside influences, a meteor impact for instance.
I hope you don`t mind me refering to Rise of Flight, as they also deserve some credit.
Look forward to playing this now during breaks from the above,and I`m yet to try out the new patch.
