.) The Strategy Guide mentions craftable special hand loads however the only one I've been able to find is the .44 hand load that the guy in North Vegas Square can give you (but first I've got to get my Survival up to an insane level). Are there any other recipes out there for hand loads or do I have to wait for five years until the Vendortron finally stocks that .45-70 Government SWC Hand Load I've been waiting for?
.) Caps. I need me some serious caps. In Fallout 3 I never seemed to have this problem (then again I barely went to vendors at all because I everything I needed I found on the battlefield) but in New Vegas I'm almost always poorer than a Freeside resident because the field doesn't supply my needs as well as it did in DC. Also there's the armor and unique weapons that I can't repair without serious caps (you'd think Raul would be so greatful for getting away from Tabitha that he'd AT LEAST give you a steep discount but noooo) and I don't think I'll be able to get Jury-Rigger this go round. So how do you guys make caps? I do have a steady income from looking the other way at Westside's water siphoning but 270 caps a day just ain't enough.
.) What I imagine is the most asked question (or one of) on the forums. How do you get your hands on NCR Ranger Combat Armor without offing somebody? I don't know why, maybe its because its the closest thing to the good ol' US of A that Fallout has but except for certain individuals (yeah Capt. Curtis I'm looking at you ya Benedict Arnold) I can't seem to bring myself to kill NCR soldiers (except on my Ceasar save). Or maybe it's because when they die they won't disappear and have somebody respawn in their place so whenever I visit I'm reminded of the dirty deed but anyways is there a way to get NCR Ranger Combat Armor without killing the guy wearing it (and if there are Rangers who disappear after death I'd love to know that too). I know how to get the Patrol Armor when recovering the one Ranger's body for his wife but I want the whole wardrobe.
.) Finally, where are all the Stealthboys? I've only found 4 in the 30 hours I've been playing this one save and I'd like to know where to find more. Especially since apparently the only way to complete I Put A Spell On You without the train blowing up (stupid bug) is to stealth boy up to him and pickpocket the Deactivation Card. So where have you guys found them.
Answers to any of these questions would be most appreciated. Also how useful is Cassidy and is she supposed to have a default ranged weapon because all I've seen her with is a cleaver and I refuse to give her anymore .357 ammo. If not that useful or it's just me encountering her without a firearm then I may end up giving her up to Jean-Baptiste after all.
