True Obsidian isn't too well known for their QA, but they seem to always be able to release a patch that fixes most, if not all, the issues. And if not, they keep patching the small things until it's near perfect. This happens a lot with smaller developers.
After having played Neverwinter Nights 2, I have to say that Obsidian is quite good with patching their games. While that game was initially quite buggy as well, they worked hard at getting them all worked out, while listening closely to the fans as to what needed to be done. And in the end it became a pretty stable game. They'd probably still be working on more fixes for it if Atari and Hasbro hadn't ended up in a legal conflict. And they didn't just settle for bug fixes in their patches either. A number of them had extra features that didn't exist in the original game, and ended up being a very good addition.
