I had two games where it happened in different ways and they are both memorable to me.

I have a multiple companion mod so in one game, it was Boone, Arcade, Ed-E and me going up to assassinate Benny. I wasn't really planning to do that though. I thought I'd just be able to talk to him and didn't know where it was going to go from there. Well, I guess Benny didn't like the way the talk was going because he pulled his gun on me. That's when Arcade turned him into a green pile of goo. Arcade was faster on the draw.

In the other game, Benny took off from the Presidential Suite after we were done talking and his bodyguards came in to take care of me while he ran away. Caesar captured him and he was bound and on his knees in Caesar's tent. Boone took care of Caesar so he and the Praetorians were gone. I went into the tent to talk to Benny again. and that's when I untied him, not really planning what might happen next. That game I had Animal Friend both levels. Benny ran out of the tent with the Legion dogs nipping at his heels and growling. I ran after them and watched as the Legion dogs took Benny down for good. Karma rules.

Well, I re-created my Fallout 3 character, who was a very sixual and demented person. So, of course, I lured Benny up and slept with him. And, ahem, killed him while he was soo close to falling asleep.. Tihi

I told Benny I'd battle him in the arena.
He went so easy it was like fighting with a little girl.
So then another time, I got the Tops guy to let me in his room and he was just sitting there.
That was pretty easy too, heheh...
I used to wear his jacket around until I figured out I looked pretty dorky.
They should have made Benny at least mildly threatening...?
But he was just a talker not a fighter - pretty realistic I guess.

On my female character i slept with him of course, and then while he was asleep i slit hit throat. I then put him in the bathtub and filled it with empty alcool bottle and jet containers. Figured hey, might as well make it look like he drugged himself to death, who would know?

Yeah, that didn't work. They somehow knew it was me, i swear they have x-ray vision or some [censored].

Crucified him, and man was he pissed.

I killed him pretty much every way possible (crucifixion, battle in the arena, killed him in the presidential suite, killed him in his room).

My favorite was when I blew his head off with my Tesla Beaton Prototype. Then, I put a bunch of empty alcohol bottles and Jet containers around him, along with his gun (Maria), and a single pent shell casing. He'd had enough of hi life of backstabbery

I've never done anything all that special to him.

First time I let him get away, then fought and killed him in the arena, on all but one subsequent encounters I've killed him in his suite then looted the place.

The odd one out? Confronted him in the back of the casino and got him + guards to attack me. 4 silenced .22 SMGs and Maria against T-51b Power Armor and a Sawed-Off loaded with buckshot. No contest. :gun:

I fought him in a duel once. The only time I have killed him, I have restart characteritus you see, it's a dreadful condition.

After I won though I cut at his body with the machete for a good minute, people looked at me strange afterward.

I blew him up. Along with every other person in Caesar's tent.

Amen to that.

I fought him in the arena and kicked his ass to show everyone that the bastard got lucky when he got me all tied up the first time.

Shot him in the head to see if he would live.

Now in development:

I'd play it.

I hacked him up with a machete in the hallway outside of his suite at the Tops. :mohawk:

I just met him in his suite, listened to his spiel, then shot him - guess I'm not very imaginative, but it's my first playthrough, maybe next time ..................
