Caravan Shotgun. Because i like the design, and the way it fires.

Silenced Varmint with a Night Scope :)

My first good stealth headbangers were with that gun, the best being in Primm. Man was that building nice and dark! :ninja: and I kept it with me up until about lvl 20

Actually, it was done and renamed the M1C. Google it if you don't believe me. Also - there's now a mod adding an M1C to Fallout NV I saw on Nexus. Happy hunting!

The M1 Garand is probably my favourite.

Yeah, I'd thought they'd just push it over to the side a bit, and I think there was a WWII game or 2 that had a variant

On the note of AM rifles, mine has been really weak for some reason.

Neither normal or AP rounds did much to DCs for me, and I put a good 3-5 shots in one, starting at the head. Got it down to half health before reloading my save and pulling out my Silenced Sniper. Took about a shot or two.

This is going to sound stupid, but how, exactly, do I use the C4? I'm playing on the PS3, if that makes a difference.

I procured C4 a while back, but never really though about it. Then I tried to use it in Vault 34 (? the plant vault?) for the quest. I threw it down, hunkered down, but couldn't find a way to detonate it. I had to make do with a frag grenade instead.

Couple days ago, I stumbled across a detonator, so is that what I was missing?

Ahem..

Yes. :)

Pushy is certainly my favourite unarmed, in fact favourite close range weapon. The head tearing off sneak criticals are just to amusing to miss.
I like the Gobi Sniper for my long range needs, I haven't added the silencer mod as i find the loud version has it's advantages. If you snipe far enough away your victims mates will start walking right towards you while you are still in caution and not danger, gives you a nice line of idiots to headshot OHK.

But with the silencer that walk over to the dead body, and consequently into your crosshair. :touched: It's just too perfect

The All American, the Ratslayer, Love & Hate, and the Alien Blaster are my favorites. There is just something more magical about the blaster this time around, I aim to use every single shot this time and not just hoard it.

I cannot believe no one has mentioned the mysterious magnum yet! I love the little cowboy jingle it plays when you pull it out.

The Anti-material rifle is just as awsome as it gets. The fact that enemies litterally fly back when you shoot em is just epic.

But by far my most used weapon is the fully modded sniper. As someone else mentioned before, you can take out an entire town without anyone ever seeing you. I took out The Fort, Nelson and Cottonwood Cove without losing a single hit point.

Yeah, I was aware a scoped Garand is a pretty ridiculous notion, I was just frolicking in my dreams.

Actually, there is a mod that adds a scope for the Garand. Pretty useful, and there is sway, but nevertheless, it's a scope.

Lucky! Sure, it's awful to reload, but CRITICALS EVERYWHERE! And it looks so good and shoots so nice.

And Mercy. I almost never use it, but when I do... It's insane. That thing with incendiary rounds makes a fat boy look weak.

I really like the Brush Gun, but 80 hours in I still haven't found enough ammo to fire it more than two dozen times.

I just started a Melee character, and I'm loving Chance's Knife. It was so fun to try and get it right off the bat. Once I did, I went up to that camp full of cazadores and stood on the tops of the tents, only coming down long enough to unleash a flurry of VATS attacks on one of those awful insects, then retreating back to the tent top.
It was even more fun than taking on Behemoths at level two in FO3!

I have to say, explosive weapons are by far the funnest weapons for me to use... that being said, they don't pack as much of a punch as you'd expect, so I don't very often... although stacking like 15 frag mines in one spot and baiting someone/something to run over it is pretty fun.
