The Tops for sure.
As others have said, the Rat Pack feel to it is sweet.
The Lucky 38 might beat it though-if the dang thing would open.

Tops for entertainment, UL for gambking because they have the most money you can win...i think....
Quite honestly I wish there was a casino you couldn't get banned from and just gamble forever...I love black jack....

Can someone explain caravan to me? It doesn't make sense and I constantly lose...I dun like it....

Help Primm, get a Sheriff (whatever option you choose should be fine).
Leave the town and wait 3 days in-game.
Return to the Vicki and Vance Casino and deal with the NCR deserters/looters though normal or "cowboy" diplomacy.
Leave the town and wait another 3 days in-game.
Upon your return to the Vicki and Vance Casino, the majority of the tables and slots should be back up and running and a cashier should be present to exchange your chips/caps/currency

if its been more then 3 days since i first left. will the looters be there when i get back

I like Atomic Wrangler for the gritty seedy feel. Plus it's the only casino left that still lets my char gamble.........for the moment.

I love the Vikki & Vance Casino. Mostly because of Primm Slim though. I just love hearing him say "Howdy pardner!" in that awesome voice of his.
Also I love The Tops, has a nice atmosphere.

Gomorrah all the way. It just has the best atmosphere, with the jazz and hokers and whatnot. But I hate the Tops so much. It's so bland feeling inside of it. I just went in their twice, once to kill Benny, and another to win the jackpot at slots
