Yeah, but House is just overly confident in himself, that is 5x more tolerable than a sociopath and a general whos only credential as a general is being a presidential kiss ass.
Personally, I think House is the tops, the utmost. He's the only clear choice to support (NCR? Better off out of Vegas, despite what they think) and I like the way the man plans ahead. But, you gotta admit, he's a somewhat supercilious type.
Currently I'm playing Smithers to his Burns, carefully choosing the dialogue responses that do not invite his withering scorn. Because I don't want him to think I'm a dummy.
