NCR Ranger Veterans "Chasing [Enclave] Ghosts" in Ba

Sometimes I think the devs knew that this was the case with the real US government and decided to put it in the game. The similarities are far closer than most people realize.

Lol, more than likely. The only references to them being a shadow movement come from outside game sources anyway; was never even allueded to in Fallout 2.

It goes well beyond the shadow government reference though.

You should never be able to side with the Enclave we know of, because you are not pure human. Only an Enclave with a slighgly ultered state of mind would be able to be sided with. I sure hope Bethesda has 0 Enclave in fo4. If anyone has you side with the Enclave that we know let it be Obsidian.

If Bethesda did it they would be crucified, but if Obsidian did it it would be ok, because of Chris Avellone. Bethesda isn t allowed to breath, but Obsidian could do what ever they want.

This is the feeling I get from most of the old fo game fans.

Pretty much. Bethesda has a proven habit of flubbing worldbuilding, and has had that habit ever since Oblivion. Including the Enclave in a FO game needs lots of worldbuilding and understanding of prior canon to make it work.

I doubt it would ever be a full DLC, but maybe if they went back to California and the NCR it could be a main side quest. You know, like a group of die hard renegades still fighting the good fight up in the mountains somwhere.
