Jason, if I remember wasn't there a glitch with Boone's AI where he had a recurring bug in his programing causing him to re-anolyze his surroundings during combat every 5 seconds? Has this problem been attended too within the patch? And thanks for committing to solving these problems.

If you mean the holstering-reholstering bug, yes, we fixed that too. :)

I looked on The Vault and discovered I'm not the only one with this bug. Is there anyway the glitch where it will suddenly become impossible to re-hire Arcade can be fixed.
Showing up with no followers causes him to reply that the Courier has "quite the menagerie" at their disposal, and talking to him with just Rex or ED-E but no other followers yields no conversation options relating to hiring him.

It seems kind of trivial, but it has happened to me on 3 out of 3 playthroughs (well 2.5 out of 2.5, but that was thanks to the Strip hat glitch that is now fixed), so it's getting a little tiresome.

That's been fixed, yeah.

Hey Jason/GStaff,

Any fix for the aiming bug in first person view on the XBox 360 version. Both my characters have their arms going above there head, especially with crouching/sneaking. Happens with every gun and even dynamite.

Another bug is male characters having female character voice when getting hit by enemy.

Also background sounds carrying over to loaded areas. For example leaving Freeside, but once the Mojave Wasteland loads I still have the Freeside background noise (people talking and shouting).

Thanks for any info and looking forward to any patch and Old World Blues.

Arms above head has been confirmed fixed.
Don't know about the others.

Edit:
Q: "will the next patch fix the glitch that causes the character to raise his hands and weapon up?"
A: "Yep! We fixed that one too. Really, really tricky, but we finally nailed it."

I'd hate to be that guy that drives the devs away but is OWB and the patch in for testing with Microsoft and Sony and Steam ( if steam even tests stuff ) yet? Has the website being hacked had any effect on the progress of the patches/DLC? you don't have to answer the second question but if lulzsec has had anything to do with why we have no trailer yet i might in fact have to hunt them down.
damn-it he would leave as soon as I asked my question.
Double Damn-it Xbox lives website is down, their log in is atleast.

Hey jason im not sure if this was mentioned before but there are some weird glitches considering explosives, maps and lots of lag. Ive been experiencing loss of the map when i mark a location or fast travel, like the location icons are there and work but the like roads and stuff are gone, just a blank space. Also when this occurs it seems that scorpians become imune to explosives. Has this been fixed or do you even know about these?

There's well over 100 fixes in this patch along with massive improvements to performance and stability in major areas.

Is the freeze on cell load bug introduced in the current patch (particularly if you use mods) fixed?

Even if not, it's really awesome that Obsidian and Beth are actually fixing huge numbers of bugs this time around.

A few things : Explosives being totally ineffective especially outdoors (ie can't even kill a Mantis with HE Missiles).

- Ultra-Luxe, Red Rock Drug Lab, Fiend Territory huge framerate issues causing crashing after extended play (2+ hours on average).

- Dead Money impossible challenges need fixing.

- Also, as a third-person/non-VATS lover (rare, I know), I find aiming very awkward. If you could tweak this before you finish Lonesome Road, I'd appreciate it.

I'm on the 360 btw.

It is always nice to see another.

For my question, I was wondering: Will there be more traits included along with the 30-cap trait?

this isn't the 1st time this bug has been issued a fix. hopefully they really did nail it this time.

We really did fix it this time. I promise. I wasn't kidding when I said it was hard to fix. We've been working on this one for a very long time.

Guys, we'll post a changelist when the patch comes out. A lot of the issues asked about have to do with uptime and memory performance, which should be significantly better after the patch.

There's well over 100 fixes in this patch along with massive improvements to performance and stability in major areas.

Also a couple of subtle tweaks and other improvements. I'll try and post a list when the patch is released.

Other than the ones mentioned above, we fixed the last (very rare) instance of ED-E disappearing, and added the means to re-add him if he was lost in your save prior to earlier patches.

Looking forward to your patch, you guys do an awesome job on NV :tops:

YES! YES! Thank you. :D

...and for giving us info on some of the other fixes as well. I haven't had many of the ones people are mentioning here, but I've encountered a few once in a while. It'll be nice to have them hopefully fixed. :fallout:
