We know from the video interview and sneak previews of Old World Blues that Securitrons originated from RobCo Industries but where exactly have we seen them being created? We know that Robert House in 2042 created the company of RobCo and that by 2049 it had become one of the most influential contributors to robotics.
Securitrons strangely have the H&H logo rather than a House label. If House did not get along with his half-brother then why did his securitrons have the factory name of his brothers business?
Securitrons are only found in Fallout New Vegas and yet for all of them that there are (and how widespread some of them are) where exactly do they come from. Victor appears in numerous places, Goodsprings, Novac, and New Vegas. Other securitrons are found at the Fort. In this aspect Securitrons are found everywhere in the Mojave area. In House's facility the room that they are contained in does not seem to be a place where they could be created. It is only a facility to test their functions. We never actually see creation origins. To people that say the Fort is where they were created this does not make sense. Why would House only want to go to building that had prebuilt securitrons ready for war? Why would he not want to go to a place where they can actually be created? My guess is that he didn't know himself where they were created. The securitrons in New Vegas were probably all his personal attenders, the Fort is probably a military facility. Where then are securitrons originated from?
Robobrains: We've seen them in multiple locations but I couldn't help but notice two of the only ones in New Vegas were found in H&H Tool Headquarters. Could this have been a hint of his connection to the Big Empty? Robobrains apparently use actual brains or parts of brains to operate. They were deemed not very cost effective and possibly dangerous as well so were more or less discontinued as a military weapon. Robobrains were developed by General Atomics International (who partnered with RobCo).
Van Buren: http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Robobrains of Van Buren had an interesting addition to them. Although Van Buren was never created we've seen examples of dlc content being taken from the designs of said game. OWB is no different as we see the EPA appear along with other things.
from VB: "Official government records list only chimpanzee brains as being used in the robots[1], but at least some human brains were taken from the bodies of convicted criminals sentenced to death[2]. Just as well, many of these subjects were criminally insane, so the robobrains they became a part of were not entirely mentally stable, despite complete reprogramming[3], usually with the CODE technology. Some of these human-robobrains would even try to subtly kill themselves, apparently resenting being robots. "
Could Robobrains actually have been created in the Big Empty? They were not created by Vault-Tec, the ideas of using brains seems very familiar to what we know of OWB and the brain factor. It also does not explain why Anthony House has in his employ Robobrains that were partnered with his half-brothers company.
The other major incidents with Anthony House include the fact the company was sealed off and booby trapped to high hell and yet when visiting we find no corpse/skeleton of Anthony House or any indications that he died at all.
A missing person deemed to not be important ending up becoming the main personality in dlc. First we had Elijah (all that was left was a terminal and reports of him vanishing, then we had Graham (burned man legend), I predict we will have Anthony/Alexander House next, and then we have Ulysses (courier possibly a frumentari who disappeared after letting the courier take the package).
This sets off "future dlc concept" in my mind. Based on this a number of different things could be predicted.
Alexander House was actually a plant by Robert House to conceal the fact his brother went missing at an earlier time.
Alexander House was the other Anthony House as Anthony House was deemed to be schizophrenic. (seems most likely)
Anthony House had an alternate means of escaping the factory (not the company) or had a body double.
Securitrons have a connection to the Big Empty as we have seen them in the previews.
Robobrains have similar conceptual designs that the Big Empty and brain implanting conceives.
House can not create securitrons with his own resources possibly because he is probably not the creator to begin with.
just a few ideas I had and things I noticed. I really do believe that Anthony or Alexander House will be making an appearance in OWB as all the evidence seems to point to it. the majority of them are just speculation and the like.
this has probably been done to death but meh comment if you like.
