I would buy the ncr and integrate them into the brotherhood of steel so the brotherhood would never die out and have a new era of power. Then I would take all dissenters and strap bombs to them and send them into Caesar's legion to blow up and cause havoc. Finally I would devote resources into making new t-51b and t-45d to outfit every soldier to finish off Caesar's legion.
