Because with that amount of caps you would not be able to fart, with out 5000 caps flying out.

Go around paying people to fix stuff up. I'd start saluaging those old nuclear cars, get people from the Big Empty to help me figure out how to start them working again ... maybe the buses too. Fix up the roads and get people motoring. One of the things I've always disliked about Fallout in general is that there are absolutely no working vehicles whatsoever. Are we supposed to believe that there were so many bombs that they managed to knock out every single vehicle? Come on!

Also, I'd buy The Strip from Mr. House and Tenpenny Tower from my friend Alistair and pay Daisy Whitman to transport me and my friends between the two by Vertibird. :flamethrower:

I would become friends with the Lyons BoS, buy a ton of T-45d Power Armor and learn how to use it and than get a bunch of Energy Weapons, Percision Weapons, and Heavy Weapons than get a crud load of wasters to join me after I repainted the PA to a tan coloring, travel to Legion territory, and become a group of very high-tech Guerilla fighters in Legion territory, fighting against the Legion.

Maybe turn from a random Guerilla Fighter group to a new BoS detachment.

I already have one million diversified in caps, coins, NCR dollars, various chips and prewar money. I have 37 gold bars, many thousands of cigarette cartons and thousand of cigarette packs. I have this in my bank of New Vegas. What the hell would I do with one billion? I already have a bank do I build Fort Knox next. 1 billion is to much.

i would repair my ranger gear and my weapons (saqouira, fire axe, anti-matiral rifle) and buy every piece of scrap metal that has ever existed, ever, so i can have enough led to make 40-70 gov. rounds, if i have any left i will make a bed out of em and sleep on a big pile of caps

I would buy Vegas and then make so many caps that I end up fixing America to the way it used to be. Then I make myself immortal minus the Dooohikie in the cocktube Cass mentions so that i can move around in eternal youth, then I go and get on a boomer salvaged plane and erase the red menace from the face of the earth and remove all records of their existence. Then I tell every Chinese person born ever that they are simply American. That way no one will remember the old Chinese communists and build a world full of peace.
