you should keep in mind that this bill's purpose is not directly to harm youtube lets plays, but is a sideaffect of trying to crack down on the piracy of copy righted materials such as movies and songs by electronic means.
they simply made the mistake of leaving it as open ended as that, which means the level of which this can opress the public depends upon who happens to be monitoring and enforcing the bill should it happen to become law.

I understand that. My problem is since I've been using youtube back in 2007. I've seen a lot of people removed from youtube for uploading video game footage they put up themselves without any good reason. Now the government wants to step in to make the situation worse by making an open ended bill leaving them with unlimited power.
I hope the bill fails miserably. :flamethrower:
I've been uploading videos as a hobby for years and this doesn't make any sense. What irritates me the most is the fact that their are way more important issues than this.
