I think something will happen.
I think the day after the supposed Apocolypse the people who believed it (mostly crazies in the Middle East) will be angry and go on a killing spree.

I have heard a kid in my street say that in 2012 all of the world will turn into zombies. :facepalm:

2012 is a 'new-age,' western thing derived from the Maya calendar. No serious Muslim (or Christian/Jew/Budhist/etc.) would believe it.

The only thing about 2012 that I care about is Halo 4. Humanity can die off and I'll be just fine, considering I can't die in the first place.

When the End of Days comes, you'll know it. But I'm fairly confident it won't be in 2012.

The closet thing I can predict to a "apoccalypse" is a nuclear holocaust, or when our government falls out, weather it be due to revolt, water shortage, fuel shortage, economic turmoil, or robotic domination.

Though we will likely end up the same way as after Rome fell (the Dark Ages), I suppose its for the better though, the worlds getting pretty pathetic.
