Am I the only one who has...

That's not why I dislike mirrors, most people would say that I am supersticious, but I say better safe than sorry.

It is said that mirrors retain emotions, and record events. They are often times found to be the cause of a haunting. Ever get uneasy around a certain mirror? More so than around other mirrors? Chances are something not so swell happened in that mirrors presence.

If you believe in that sort of thing.............. :ninja:

Man i had something i was going to say in response to this thread. But that just left me pondering all sorts of past experiences. Thanks FreakLore444 you got the muscle in between my ears to do some exercise.

Am I the only one who does not like getting my picture taken because I believe it steals part of my soul?

Am I the only one who keeps track on a third person game how many times the character's face has passed the camera and what direction they passed it so I can "unwind" him and get him pointing truly straight?

Am I the only one that believes that my pet cats are collaborating with squirrels to kill me? (if my cat is not watching me through the window, a squirrel is. when he sees i spot him, he runs off... crafty squirrels...)

Am I the only one who reacts to being embarrassed by completely switching moods, isolating myself from people all day, and hating myself for whatever I did to cause it? Like if I'm in an argument and get one of my facts wrong, I'll end the entire conversation out of shame and go mope somewhere, and if anybody tries to cheer me up, I get mad at them. Maybe I'm just bipolar or something.

As for something funny...am I the only one who prefers their popcorn cold? I'll actually pop a bag and then put it in the freezer for an hour.

"Am i the only one who has?" Instead of using a nose hair trimmer i use my bare hands to yank the unsightly buggers.

I do the towel thing, because no matter how clean my bum and, uh, nether regions are, I don't want them anywhere near my face. Most of the time I just dry my face before, though.

I bathe myself properly so I don't worry about what body part hits the towel. Plus, the towel goes in the hamper after it is used anyway.
I turn all of my dry goods in the pantry so that the labels/designs are facing the front, this includes home bottled/preserved goods that I have made. This also extends to health and beauty aids in the bathroom closet.
I also check the back seat of the car before I get into it.

@ evil squirrel, it bothers me having my picture taken, too. It's like atomically small piecesof me are there, frozen in time. Enough to make an image, they are mine, I want them back.

You should stay away from horror games.

Am I the only one who keeps track of where on the towel his bum is dried off so that - despite it being damn near sparkling clean after a shower - the area does not overlap with the area used for face drying or hand drying prior to doing contact lenses?

I don't do that, but I A) tend to dry my face and hands first after a shower, and B ) use a different towel for after-sink use. So it doesn't really come up.

I've never done it. :( I feel that I should now.

I used to do that, but the chairs in my house tend to have the arm-rests too close together for me to sit comfortably like that. I do that when sitting on couches though.

Am I the only one who regularly smells their own feet?

I check behind my shower curtains before I do anything in my bathroom...

Although I have no idea what I'd do if someone was hiding in my shower...

I hate mirrors as well, probably because of Bloody Mary. That game scared me senseless when I was little.

Am I the only one that hates looking at wrists? I can't stand the undersides of them, I can barely look at it for more than a second. They disturb me.

Am I the only one that still sleeps with a light on? Not because I'm afraid of the dark, just because for so many years I slept with a light on as a kid, and thus became used to it. So now when the power goes out I always wake up. :(

Regardless, does anyone else find it soothing to sleep with a dim blue light on? http://www.projectandini.org/images/pulse.jpg
