Doesn't have to be exactly 90x120, in fact that would stretch it out if it's a square .gif. Just make sure the width is 90 and the height is less than 120, but keep the aspect ratio.

The requirement for animated gifs is that they must be one pixel wide and over 9,000 pixels tall.
